Who we are
This website is operated by Renohaus Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd, trading as WE.DO Waterproofing, of No 3-23, REVO Aurora Place, Plaza Bukit Jalil, Persiaran Jalil 1, Bandar Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Renohaus Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website. Part 2 sets out the terms on which we inspect, quote for and carry out waterproofing work. By using the website you accept Part 1; by asking us to inspect, quote or carry out work you accept Part 2.
Using the website
You may browse the website and use the contact routes on it to reach us. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse the photographs, text or other content on this website for any purpose other than contacting us, without our written permission. The photographs on this website are of our own work and are our property.
Information on the website
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, and we correct it when we find an error. Descriptions of our services and of the torch-on membrane system are general. Whether a system is suitable for a particular surface, and what work is needed, is decided at inspection.
Quotations and prices
Nothing on this website is a quotation or an offer to carry out work at a particular price. A quotation is only given in writing after we have inspected the property, and only the written quotation describes the scope, price and terms of a particular job.
Contacting us through WhatsApp, telephone and email
The WhatsApp, telephone and email routes on this website are provided by third parties (Meta Platforms for WhatsApp, your telephone carrier, and your email provider). Their terms and privacy policies apply to messages you send through them. This website itself does not collect, store or process any personal information: it has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics.

Links to Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram are provided so that you can find us and see more of our work. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from your reliance on general information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Malaysian law that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
Changes
We may change the website and these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last changed.

Part 2 — Service Terms
The free inspection
We inspect the property at no charge so that we can prepare a quotation. The inspection is a visual inspection of the surfaces you ask us to look at, on the day and in the conditions we find them. It identifies what can be seen and reached at that time. Hidden defects, or defects in surfaces we were not asked to inspect, may not be found at inspection.
The free quotation
After the inspection we give you a written quotation at no charge. The quotation describes the surfaces to be waterproofed, the system to be used, what is included and what is excluded, the price, and any payment terms that apply to that job. Only the written quotation, once you accept it, forms the agreement for the work. Anything not listed in the quotation is not included.
Scope, materials and additional work
We carry out the work described in the accepted quotation using the torch-on membrane system or other system stated in it. If, once work has started, we find that additional work is needed — for example a surface that must be repaired before membrane can be laid, or an area larger than the one quoted — we will tell you before doing it and quote for it separately. Additional work is only carried out with your agreement.
What we need from you
Safe access to the surfaces to be inspected and worked on; the area cleared of furniture, plants and belongings before work starts; and a contact who can make decisions about the job while we are on site. Torch-on membrane is applied with an open flame, so the working area must be kept clear of people and of anything that could catch fire while we work.
Scheduling and weather
We agree a start date with you when you accept the quotation, and we tell you in advance when we will arrive. Waterproofing work depends on the weather and on the surface being in the right condition; we may need to pause or reschedule work because of rain, and we will tell you if we do.
Completion
When the work is complete we walk the finished surfaces with you. If anything in the agreed scope is incomplete or not as quoted, tell us before or at that walk-through and we will put it right.
Photographs of our work
We photograph our own work on site for our records and, from time to time, to show on this website and our social media, as with the photographs already on this website. Our photographs show the surfaces we worked on and do not identify your property or you. If you would prefer that we do not photograph the work at your property, or do not publish photographs of it, tell us before work starts and we will not.
Cancellation
You may cancel an inspection at any time before it takes place, at no cost. If you wish to cancel work after accepting a quotation, tell us as soon as possible; any materials already purchased or work already carried out for your job will be charged as set out in the quotation.
